Horticulture therapy

Terry Cabana, Ruth Colburn, Linda Wigent and Fran Koch of the Biglerville Garden Club visited the Upper Adams Senior Center recently to engage the ladies and gentlemen in a Horticulture Therapy session. Nine seniors enjoyed arranging an assortment of evergreens, white carnations and red decorations into beautiful floral arrangements. Members and seniors discussed whether they’d decorate their homes or give their plants to a friend, said Sue McDowell, Biglerville Garden Club publicity chair. “As always, the designers amazed themselves!” she said.
