Most of our thoughts and actions occur while we’re in autopilot. However, there are moments in our lifetime when we are able to observe how certain behaviors and routines have not led to positive outcomes in our mental and physical health.

The following interview highlights a journey on self-awareness, decisiveness and determination. The rewards are physical and mental well-being.
