The New Oxford Area Historical Society (NOAHS) will be joined by members of the New Oxford Borough Council along and the Conewago Valley Model Railroad Club to commemorate the purchase of the New Oxford Train Station property.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on Sunday, June 23, at 2:15 p.m. on the grounds of the New Oxford Train Station Museum located at 206 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford.

The NOAHS is hosting a celebration for the public from 2 to 4 p.m. on the train station grounds. This rain or shine event will feature music, face painting, ice cream, popcorn and a bounce house.

The “All Aboard” Campaign was initiated to raise $40,000 for the borough to purchase the New Oxford Train Station property from the rail company CSX. Through the generosity of local businesses and private donors, we are able to insure that the New Oxford Train Station Museum can remain in place for the benefit of future generations.
