Hello to all our faithful readers. It is great to be with you again to share the news of Upper Adams. It’s been another busy and hectic week that included the end of Daylight Savings Time. We got the hour back but lost more daylight — hate to see it go. Time just keeps moving on, so fast as we grow older. Hope everyone remembered to change the clocks and to check all batteries in smoke detectors, etc.

Now is a great time to look around and enjoy the beauty of fall nature that God has given us. Give thanks! Tis the season, with signs of Thanksgiving and Christmas on the way. Please enjoy what you can, when you can and continue to pray for peace, troops, families, good health and happiness. Have a nice week and please keep in touch with this friendly, weekly column.
