Two cooking classes are planned in June at Hollabaugh Bros. Fruit Farm & Market, 545 Carlisle Road, Biglerville.

Strawberries will be the focus of the adult class June 12 at 7 p.m. Plans include a demonstration of how to make panna cotta, which is describes as “almost a marriage between ice cream and Jello.”

Father’s Day is theme of a family class slated for June 15 at 1:30 p.m. Participants will “learn how to make some of the ultimate dad food – meat hand pies.”

Registration is required at least three days before each class at, or by calling 717-677-8412.

Costs are $30 for the adult class, and $15 for the family class, including supplies.

Because the instructor purchases supplies in advance, refunds are available only if a class is canceled.
