Local Delta Kappa Gamma chapter marks 55 years

The local Beta Kappa charter celebrated the 55th anniversary of its founding in mid-June at the Delta Kappa Gamma convention in State College. A charter member of the chapter, retired Upper Adams School District teacher Peg Lady, wearing hat, attended. DKG is a professional international honor society of women educators.
