Racial Equity Training

Nancy Lilley, YWCA Gettysburg and Adams County community services director, is offering Racial Equity Training curriculum to interested businesses or groups.

Amid nationwide protests against systemic racism, YWCA Gettysburg and Adams County is offering a curriculum that can help local businesses or groups reflect on their corporate culture’s race relations.

Nancy Lilley, community services director at the local YWCA, is available to help customize free Racial Equity Training classes, she said.
