Gettysburg Municipal Authority (GMA) customers may see a 5-percent increase in the sewer portion of their bills next year.

On the other hand, “no rate increases are built into” the water portion of a draft 2020 budget, Finance Director Amy Smith told GMA Board members Monday during preliminary discussions.
