An Adams County judge denied an accused dog-shooter’s bid to have a charge against him dropped.

The felony charge of aggravated cruelty to animals is “unconstitutionally vague and over broad,” argued attorney Jeffrey Cook, who is defending Steven Hertzler, 58, of Fayetteville.
