Fewer warnings and more tickets for violations such as uncut weeds and snow-covered sidewalks may be on the horizon in Gettysburg.

During a workshop meeting Monday, borough council members gave Planning Zoning and Code Enforcement Director Carly Marshall the go-ahead to develop a proposal.
