Annual renewing subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refunds will be pro-rated at time of cancellation and will include a 25% early-cancellation penalty. Refunds may be applied to another product subscription without penalty.
Gettysburg Times reserves the right to revise the terms of this Policy. Any changes made will apply to all subscriptions created or renewed after the date such change was implemented.

Very sad, this young girl will grow up in a hurry after this. Also the family of both of her victims I am truely sorry this happened to you.
hopefully the teenager who ran the stop sign will be charged in a court of law for her carelessness in not obeying traffic laws and stopping at the stop sign. If she would have taken 1 minute out of her life to obey the laws and stop at that stop sign, Kim Shipley would still be here today to enjoy her life. My heart goes out to the Shipley family during this time.
