ACNB Bank recently promoted Kevin L. Cook to vice president/residential mortgage lending sales manager and Patrick O. Sease to vice president/treasury management manager.
Cook has more than 35 years of banking experience with ACNB Bank. He started his career as a teller, then served as a community banking office manager at the Franklin Township office and Arendtsville office of the bank. An interest in mortgage lending prompted him to become a mortgage loan officer in 1998, a position he held for 17 years. Cook then became a mortgage loan underwriter in 2015. With his promotion to residential mortgage lending sales manager, he is responsible for overseeing ACNB Bank’s team of seven residential mortgage loan originators that serve customers throughout the bank’s market areas in southcentral Pennsylvania and northern Maryland. He is based at the ACNB Corporation Operations Center at 100 V-Twin Drive, Gettysburg. Cook is a graduate of Biglerville High School and earned an Associate Degree in computer programming from Central Pennsylvania Business School. He is a life member of the Bendersville Community Fire Company, having served as president, vice president, trustee and volunteer during his 40-year history with the organization. Cook is a member of Idaville United Brethren Church in Gardners, where he currently serves as assistant treasurer. He resides in Bendersville with his wife of 36 years, Shari. They have two adult children and four grandchildren.
Sease began his banking career at ACNB Bank in 2004 as a college student working as a teller. He joined the bank full time as a commercial credit analyst in 2007, then transferred to a position in treasury management where he has worked for the past eight years. In his new capacity as treasury management manager, Sease oversees the bank’s treasury management staff and function with responsibility for the development and implementation of products and services to help business customers manage their finances including business online banking, ACH origination, online wire services, positive pay, remote deposit capture, and various cash management sweep accounts. He is based at the ACNB Corporation Operations Center at 100 V-Twin Drive, Gettysburg and serves commercial customers throughout the bank’s market areas in southcentral Pennsylvania and northern Maryland. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from Penn State and the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) credential through the Association for Financial Professionals. The CTP designation signifies extensive knowledge of funds management, corporate liquidity, and capital and risk management. He also attended the PA Bankers Association School of Commercial Lending and Best Practices in Credit Management program. A graduate of Gettysburg Area High School, Sease was born in Gettysburg and resides in Fairfield.
