Cumberland lists calls
Cumberland Township police responded to 358 complaints in March.
Of those complaints, police responded to five psych/suicide calls; 11 disturbances; five assault/harassment calls; eight domestic disputes; one act of criminal mischief; 14 suspicious activities; one theft; eight alarms; six medical emergencies; two 9-1-1 hangups; one wanted person; one drug activity; six well-being checks; one instance of shots fired; two frauds; and 24 followup investigations.
Police handled 51 walk-in complaints.
The school resource officer had 31 calls and made five arrests for disorderly conduct and one for harassment, Cumberland police said.
During last month, Cumberland police made 118 traffic stops; issued 65 traffic citations; conducted 34 targeted enforcement actions; made 206 field contacts; handled three criminal arrests; responded to 14 criminal incidents; made 740 business checks; and responded to four traffic wrecks, said police.
