JoAnne (Hardy) Kincius, 51, of Orrtanna, died Tuesday morning, May 24, 2011, at the Dove’s House in Westminster, Md.
Born April 11, 1960 in Cheverly, Md., she was the daughter of William and Jeanne (Kasko) Hardy of Greenbelt, Md.
JoAnne was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Fairfield. She worked as a cashier and bakery clerk at the Safeway Store in Maryland. She loved the ocean, nature and spending time with her family; she was always willing to lend a helping hand to others.
In addition to her parents, JoAnne is survived by her children, Juliana Holyfield and her husband James of Fayetteville, Jacqueline Kincius and her fiancé Eduardo Soto of Waynesboro, Joseph V. Kincius of Adams County, Justin Kincius of Orrtanna, and their father, Joseph Michael Kincius; she is also survived by her fiancé, William Kump and their daughter, Jane Hardy of Orrtanna; three grandchildren, James Austin Holyfield, Janelle Holyfield, Cameron Miller; and five brothers, Wilton Hardy, Patrick Hardy, John Hardy, Robert Hardy, all of Maryland, and Jimmy Hardy of Mississippi.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 28, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Tract Road, Fairfield.
