Brodey Neveker smashed a grand slam, part of a 3-for-3 performance that included a double and seven RBI. The homer came in a six-run third inning, helping New Oxford finish in six frames Thursday.
Mason Weaver got the win, coming out during the fifth inning for Blake Phillips, who capped off the night on the hill. They combined for seven strikeouts without a walk. Weaver and Charles Clark each hit doubles for New Oxford.

Cashtown 14, Hanover 4
The Pirates got to Hanover early and often, putting up a dozen runs in the first inning on the way to a five-inning finish at home Thursday.
Robert Rohrbaugh drove home four and homered for the Pirates. Michael Tempel went 4-for-4, scoring two runs and driving home two, Zach Ketterman went 2-for-3 with two runs and two RBI. Both doubled.
Austin Kibler was the lone two-hit man for the Raiders. Rick Estes homered to join Kibler with a pair of RBI in the defeat.
Chris King picked up the win from the hill, pitching the complete five innings.
