In a battle between YAIAA-2 heavyweights, Gettysburg and York Suburban exchanged early punches, but in the end a deadly concoction of penalties, missed opportunities and a red zone turnover on downs spelled the end for the Warriors in a 30-19 loss to the Trojans on Friday night.

The Warriors had a chance with 6:26 left to play but a goal-line stand after a ball tipped off the hands of Charles Warren and went out of the back of the end zone, combined with one final home run carry by York Suburban running back Savion Harrison, put the final nail in the coffin for the visitors.
