DEFOE

FROM THE SIDELINES TO THE STANDS — Jon DeFoe resigned as Bermudian Springs head football coach after leading the Eagles to 152 wins during a highly-successful tenure. DeFoe stepped down after 21 seasons in order to spend more time supporting his children’s athletic endeavors.

Nearly two months ago, Jon DeFoe submitted his resignation as head football coach at Bermudian Springs High School. The veteran coach admitted that it took several days to complete and deliver the two-paragraph letter, but in his heart he knew it was a choice he had to make.
