The Eagles pounded out a dozen hits, including a 3-for-4 effort by Shane Starner, in Monday’s road win.

Starner, Tanner Althoff and Nate McCollum all doubled for Berm (6-1).

Tyler Reinert had a solid day by going 2-for-3 at the plate in addition to tossing a complete game on the mound. Reinert fanned seven while limiting the Golden Knights to two singles.

Dylan Ed smacked a homer and drove in four runs and Gettysburg clipped York Suburban with an eight-run seventh on the road Monday.

Marshall Mott pitched just long enough for his team to get the runs he needed to earn the win. He allowed one run, four hits and three walks over six innings while striking out eight. Alex Meckley knocked in two runs and hit a double, and Zach Ketterman had a three-hit day for the Warriors.

Jacob Thomas singled four times and scored twice, but the Bolts couldn’t catch up to West York on Monday.

The Bulldogs tagged the Bolts for eight runs through the third and fourth innings. Blake DiPietro also singled twice while driving in a run. Brady Arndt and Austin Brown each singled and knocked in runs as well.

Emily Shearer pounded out three extra-base hits and drove in five runs on Monday as the Eagles continued their hot start to the season.

Shearer doubled twice and homered as part of a 4-for-4 day at the plate. Hannah Chenault singled three times while Abby Hursh and Amy Sheeley tallied two hits apiece.

For the Warriors, Jenna Brasee was 3-for-4. Hayley Cisney and Abby Hurst both had two hits and two RBI.

Maggie Rickrode rocked from the batter’s box and the pitching circle in Monday’s win at Biglerville. Rickrode stacked up 10 strikeouts in spinning a six-hitter, while pounding out four hits, including a three-run home run at the dish.

Meredith Wilson also went deep for the Squirettes, who saw Katie Ernst rattle three hits.

Jillian Buchheister singled twice and Gracie Roberts and Hayleigh Smith doubled for Biglerville.

Kacie Frock went 2-for-3 with two RBI and two runs scored, tagging a home run for the winners. Molly Watkins and Carter Clabaugh both doubled, with Watkins plating a pair of runs.

Amaya Bowman went the distance in the circle, striking out six while scattering eight hits.

Haley Bolin and Braidan Wastler combined to post seven RBI, with both players doubling. Bolin cleared the fence with a blast as well.

Ryleigh Bolyard was 3-for-3 and Kira Weikert limited Hanover to just three hits while whiffing six.

Keana Noel went 2-for-2 with a solo home run for the Hawkettes.

Brian Klunk picked up a point at No. 2 singles by edging Kwaku Baryeh 2-6, 6-4, 6-2, and the Ox tandem of Isaac Farmer and Silas Mackey scored a 6-3, 3-6, 6-0 triumph at top doubles.

Warrior Noe Oberholtzer-Hess returned the favor by outlasting Michael Pagnanelli 3-6, 6-3, 7-6 at third singles.
