PERMIT/ZONING & CODE
ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
Berwick Township is looking to fill the
position of Permit/Zoning & Code
Enforcement Officer. This person is
responsible for issuance of all required
permits. Administer and enforce all
ordinances. Issue compliance letters,
citations, and orders. Be familiar with
the PA Municipalities Planning Code
(MPC), Township Zoning Ordinance,
Comprehensive Plan, Subdivision & Land
Development Ordinance and Stormwater
Management Ordinance. Prepare monthly
reports as required. This position is fulltime with flexible hours. Experience a
plus. Includes Health, Dental, Vision and
Life Insurance (employer paid), 401K,
vacation, sick and holidays.
