Stress, anxiety, sleep deficiency, and a poor diet are all taking a toll on our quality of life.
Exercise, strength training, fitness routines, and a healthy diet are said to improve our overall health. Assuming the stress, anxiety, and loss of sleep over not getting enough exercise, sleep, and our poor diet doesn’t kill us first. Making changes to any of these things is difficult and requires discipline and support. Let alone attempting to correct all of them at once is a momentous undertaking.
