What does stress mean to you? Do you experience a clenched jaw, queasy stomach, or headaches? Maybe you feel overwhelmed. There is good stress such as running a race and bad stress. As the pandemic continues, we are faced with ongoing stress.

Many people have experienced a change in routine, loss of a job or changed duties or are working from home, faced increased caregiving demands, have financial issues, and/or experience isolation. Chronic stress has been associated with various conditions such as depression, stomach ulcers, arthritis, high blood pressure, infertility, and alcoholism.
