As I think I have mentioned before, I used to be a “running snob.”

I thought running was a superior exercise to walking, hiking, dancing, or any individual sport or gym workout. I was so wrong and surely hurt myself with a rigorous adherence to a demanding running schedule that didn’t include any other exercise.
