Community Wellness Connections is a partnership of people and organizations that aims to foster health and well-being in Adams County. We connect people across the county with activities and events that support health in four key areas: mind, body, spirit, and community. We believe that this fourth dimension, community, is a vital aspect of well-being

Each month in 2021, we have highlighted people and groups who are promoting community, celebrating their efforts to bring people together. We call them Community Wellness Connectors.

Julie Falk, PhD, teaches mindfulness and focusing. She is a member of Community Wellness Connections and the Behavioral Health Task Force of Healthy Adams County.
