Have you noticed that you are irritable, have racing thoughts, feel overwhelmed, and experience difficulty sleeping? These are some signs of stress. As the pandemic continues, you are likely to be experiencing more or different stressors. Let’s discuss some things we can do to decrease our stress.
Notice your body. Are your shoulders tense, is your jaw clenched, or are you experiencing high blood pressure? Try some techniques to make yourself feel better. Have an open mind to exploring different things to decrease your stress. Some people like to journal.
