HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, is partnering with the Adams County Technical Institute (ACTI) to offer students in Adams County more programs in career and technical education.

ACTI, the state’s newest career and technology center, seeks to broaden the career and technical offerings available to their high school partners.

Vic Rodgers, M.S., is vice president of workforce development and continuing education at HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College.
