Most people have increased their screen time significantly during the last 18 months. Children completed school, tours, lessons, field trips, physical education classes virtually. Adults now do meetings, conferences and trainings more virtually than in person.

What is too much screen time? This depends on the person and their circumstances. Like everything in life, we need to find a balance for ourselves and help our children to do the same.
