Sharon Myers, executive director of the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Center in Harrisburg, announced that ahead of peak event season the facility is seeking to hire up to 150 new employees to support the extensive list of shows taking place there over the coming months, according to a state Department of Agriculture release.

“This complex and the events we host have a significant impact on the overall economy of the Harrisburg-Hershey region,” said Myers. “These events create jobs here within our facility, but also for the entire region as tourisms patronize area restaurants, stores, and hotels.”
