Fairfield Area School District’s board adopted a revised safety plan Monday that includes continuing mask mandates when Adams County has high COVID-19 transmission rates.

The revised plan, adopted by a 6-3 vote, will take effect mid-January when the statewide school mask mandate expires, or sooner if court challenges to it prevail.
