The Adams County Arts Council was formed in 1993 to cultivate an arts-rich community. Thanks to its founding executive director, Chris Glatfelter, it has fulfilled its mission and continues to grow.

Several dozen people gathered outside Sunday afternoon at Hauser Hill Event Center on Cashtown Road, Biglerville, to toast Glatfelter, who will retire in December.
