A pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle Friday on Carlisle Pike (Pa. Route 94) about one mile southeast of New Oxford, according to state police.

Max Rufalo, 20, of New Oxford, was walking southward “apparently in the middle of the road” when the impact occurred at 11:43 p.m., according to police.
