Charges ranging from lewdness to resisting arrest were filed against a New Oxford man, according to charging documents.

Joseph Schmit, 22, was arrested Nov. 17 after a caller claimed he was “out of his mind” about 11:35 p.m. at a Chinkapin Drive residence in Oxford Township, according to Eastern Adams Regional Police (EARP) Officer Timothy Mulder’s affidavit of probable cause.
