No property tax increase is proposed for 2021 and the per capita tax is gone for good in Littlestown.

Borough council members reviewed a proposed budget Tuesday and are likely to vote on preliminary approval during the Oct. 27 meeting, set for 6:30 p.m., Borough Manager Charles Kellar said.
