While Rep. Dan Moul was on hand to answer pre-selected questions at Conewago Township's annual meet the legislators night Monday, Sen. Rich Alloway was a no show.

Ted Bortner, supervisor, said each year the sitting state representative and senator are invited to a special township meeting to address current issues. Moul consistently accepts the invitation while Alloway has never attended but sometimes sends someone to represent him, Bortner said.

Interesting that this article covered only pieces of the conversation between the board and Rep Moul. Aside from the disappointment expressed that Sen Alloway did not attend, again, there was no visibility to comments made by the Board of Supervisors. This article is one sided, not balanced and thus not an accurate depiction of the conversation between the boards and Rep Moul. I appreciate the Times commitment to attend and report the news but would like to see articles published that are representative of what transpired.
