Students in the Fairfield Area School District will experience more “facetime” with their teachers, starting April 7. But until Adams County’s COVID-19 numbers further decline, much student-teacher interaction will remain virtual.

By a 5-4 vote at a special meeting Monday night, the school board decided to purchase cameras and other equipment for all classrooms, which will enable students to be connected on days they are learning at home.
