Five Gettysburg College students tested positive for COVID-19 as they moved in this week, according to a message emailed campus-wide and posted on the college website.

“This return of positive cases was entirely predicted based on the number of students being tested, and we should expect more positive cases in the next few days as we complete our testing protocol,” Asst. Vice President for College Life Bill Lafferty wrote in the message sent Thursday morning.
