A Conewago Township supervisor announced she will continue challenging the status of two of her colleagues appointed earlier this month to fill two vacancies.

“I will be compelled to resort to the legal system for resolution” if the matter is not satisfactorily resolved, newly-elected Supervisor Charlotte Shaffer said at the outset of Monday’s meeting
