New barracks

OFFICE — Pennsylvania State Police recently moved to a newly-constructed barracks on Old Harrisburg Road. Pictured, from left, are: Trooper Damian Moran, Trooper Todd Witalec, and Trooper Alex Loder.

The Pennsylvania State Police outgrew its barracks on Old Harrisburg Road shortly after moving there in 1996.

Earlier this year, troopers were storing their gear in bins in the garage because there were no more available lockers.
