Every day, men and women around the world leave for work to protect others knowing there is a chance they will not return to their families.

Seven Adams County law enforcement officers have died in the line of duty since 1924. Dozens of their brothers and sisters on the thin blue line gathered at the Pennsylvania State Police Barracks Friday to remember and honor them.
