Two development proposals gained deadline extensions until later this year thanks to unanimous votes Monday by the Straban Township Board of Supervisors.

Action is now due by Oct. 15 on a preliminary subdivision and land development plan for a retail project proposed by Mark Gettysburg Associates. If it goes forward, it would be built on some 100 acres between York and Hanover roads in the area of Camp Letterman Drive.
