A McSherrystown Borough Council member who was asked to leave a closed meeting last week recounted his side of the story Monday.

Before the Aug. 26 council meeting, Stephen Pascoe said he was placed in a seat where he felt he could not hear well or be heard well. Also, he said he was not readily visible to the camera being operated by Community Media of South Central PA, which was broadcasting the proceedings.
