HARRISBURG — A three-person panel of Superior Court judges recently upheld a sentence of 1/2 to 23 months of incarceration against an Aristes man convicted of indecent assault.

Leonard F. Adams Jr. was charged for repeatedly having indecent contact with an 11-year-old girl. A jury found him guilty of indecent assault and determined that his actions constituted a course of conduct, which caused his crime to be graded as a third-degree felony.
