While it has most of its sewage treatment plant problems straightened out, Broad Top City sewage personnel reported last week the plant is still experiencing some electrical issues.

Councilman and sewage committee chairman Ron Horton stated that he and borough engineer Kevin Nestor have been trying to determine a time when the problem is occurring and what it could be. Horton said the plant seems to be blowing slow burn fuses when main power is disconnected and transferred to a generator system there.
