They had been going in circles for months, and they were getting nowhere fast. They were a municipal authority that had been established to develop, own, and operate a regional public library and technology center. This proposed library and tech center would serve three school districts and seven municipalities.

When they began the chairperson made it clear, that everybody’s suggestions and input were not only welcome, but they were requested and expected. Anything and everything suggested would be considered. Nothing was off the table, until the group agreed that it should be. Her invitations for input were made often and offered to everyone involved.
